PROTOTYPING & MANUFACTURING
Voyager Displays started in 2011, initially focusing on designing furniture and display fixtures. With over a decade of experience in displays design, we have expanded our scope to include a wide variety of other products. Our years of design and development expertise have allowed us to master the characteristics of various materials—whether metal, wood, or plastic—we can seamlessly incorporate them into our designs.
In 2016, we launched our own wood production factory. Over the subsequent six years, we gradually invested in acrylic, metal, and injection molding factories. Today, we are a comprehensive company capable of designing, developing, and manufacturing products made from metal, wood, acrylic, and other plastics.
With over ten years of experience in display fixture design, we can engage in projects from the conceptual design phase all the way to the final renderings. To date, we have contributed to more than 500 design projects, including display stands, furniture, home décor items, tools, electronics, and more. We believe that participating in a project from the design phase, leveraging our expertise in materials and production processes, is key to delivering the best product within your budget. Our engineers continuously optimize designs during the prototyping stage to ensure the final product is as flawless as possible. If any issues or potential improvements are identified during the design and prototyping process, we will promptly communicate with you, ensuring a seamless collaboration throughout the development cycle.
Our production facility spans approximately 10,000 square meters and is staffed by over 150 workers, most of whom have been with us for more than five years. They are highly skilled, responsible, and fully aware of our stringent quality standards. While our production capacity is not particularly large, our maximum shipment value per month does not exceed one million dollars. We are fully equipped with essential production machinery, including Steel Laser Cutting machines, CNC, Numerical Bending machines, Edge banding machines, etc.
